We do this by delivering two day workshops in varied locations for those seeking insight into the skills required for the broadcast and live streaming industry.

 

Skills include rigging and system build, communication etiquette, filming techniques and vision mixing skills. We also provide a valuable introduction to the broadcast and social media landscape. 

 

VFX offers our trainees paid work experience where they are mentored by a VFX team filming and live streaming events. This could be a military sporting competition, charity fundraiser or ceremonial event. 

 

To complete the cycle we employ committed trainees as production crew members so that 25% of our team are ex-service personnel. 

 

VFX trainees can additionally seek our guidance on career opportunities within the wider broadcast industry.
