Our programme begins with intensive two-day workshops delivered at locations across the UK, providing an introduction to the broadcast, live-streaming and social media sectors. Participants gain hands-on experience in key production disciplines, including system build and rigging, camera operation, vision mixing, communication protocols and live event production.

Following training, participants undertake paid work experience alongside experienced professionals. Working on live productions such as military sporting competitions, charity fundraisers, ceremonial events and webcasts, they develop their skills in real-world environments while receiving ongoing mentoring and support. The final stage of the programme is employment within a mission-focussed industry driven by demand for digital content.

Veterans already possess many of the attributes required for live production: situational awareness, composure under pressure, technical aptitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
